Steps

Heat 1/2tbsp oil and roast peanuts again just to heat it in oil. Keep aside.

Remove steams of chilli, cut into half. Put into bowl, now take it and leave extra seeds in bowl. Do not specially remove seeds.

Semi crush peanuts just for 3-4sec. Keep it in a bowl. Add chilli, crush like chilli flax, keep aside. last add garlic cloves and semi crush it.

Now in crushed garlic, add crushed peanuts, chilli flax and salt. Churn for 2-4sec only just to mix all.

Enjoy this with your lunch, dinner, to spread on breads, flavourful dhosas, masala idlis, masala dhoklas, etc...
