Mongolian Ground Beef Mongolian Ground Beef
Quick, easy, affordable, and tasty! The original recipe came from the Closet Cooking website. After giving it a test run and getting everyone's input, this improved version is a keeper. The sauce has been thinned a bit and the hoisin doubled. I think it would also be good with the addition of sliced water chestnuts and snow pea pods for crunch. Maggie Conlon -
Slow Cooker General Tso's Chicken Slow Cooker General Tso's Chicken
I first tried General Tso's Chicken when I was about 13. It was spicy, it was tasty, and it was very different from our usual Chinese Take-out Orders. I loved it at first sight. I started cooking a few years later and was always up for trying to make it, but I was intimidated.A few years ago, I tried to make Orange Chicken and it was very easy to make, so tasty. When we bought our slow cooker about a year ago, I have made a lot of different Asian inspired dishes. I found a few different recipes for General Tso's in the slow cooker, but they either had too many ingredients or the reviews were poor.As usual, I took from a few different recipes, combined them, then added a few other steps of my own. I made this my recipe and loved it. It is so easy to make and very tasty. Hopefully, you will like it as much as I did.Enjoy! J.A.B. -
Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
I normally make teriyaki chicken in the oven because I love how the sauce thickens and caramelizes, but it has been far too hot to use the oven this week so this is my version of slow cooker teriyaki chicken based on a variant of my oven recipe. StephieCanCook -

My General Tso's is kind of a copycat of a local family owned Chinese restaurant. Once I tasted theirs I had to make it at home. It is amazing. The crockpot method is great for making a lot for a group. Dan Flynn -

California Rolls California Rolls
When I was living in NY working as a waitress, there was a Brazilian who worked at the sushi counter of the restaurant. I often watched him being taught sushi rolling techniques from the head chef, so I tried recreating what I learned from that experience.Once you are done rolling, you can spread fish roe evenly on top to make it prettier. This is called a California special roll. For 8 rolls (48 pieces). Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -

Simple Yakiniku no Tare (焼肉のタレ) Grilled Meat Dipping Sauce Simple Yakiniku no Tare (焼肉のタレ) Grilled Meat Dipping Sauce
There are many recipes for Yakiniku dipping sauces around. This one is based on the recipe at Just One Cookbook, but I've simplified it by using dashi powder instead of needing to steep it in katsuobushi for a whole night. I've also used Korean ssamjang paste, which is normally used as part of the dip for samgyeupsal. 🇯🇵🥩🐄🔥🇰🇷 蛟龍Stormwyrm
