Stable cake icing for hot place

Well I reside in Dar Es Salaam here the temperature is very hot which makes my icing melt easily even when i chill my cake in the fridge for a couple of hours. Well recently I have been doing some personal research to find a stable icing which will stand the hotness and here i am sharing out the results of my research try it out and let me know what are your thoughts thank you...We bake a world a better place☺️

Measure precise all ingridients

Sift icing sugar with cornstarch and salt set aside

Start creaming out margarine or butter with shortening till creamy add vanilla essence

Start adding a mixture of icing sugar 1 cup at a time to the mixture alternating with tbsp of water mix till
- 5
Store your icing in a tight container in a fridge if your not ready to use if in use then pour it in a piping bag ready to decorate
