Ingredients

  • 200 gmokra cubed
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil temper nigella seeds and green chillies and fry the okra

  2. 2

    As it is soft and moist add salt and turmeric powder and fry

  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix well and serve
