Add dal paste mix and switch off as it starts releasing from the pan

Spread it on a dish and cut into square pieces and deep fry

Now remove it and fry Potato cubed add salt and turmeric powder

Add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Add tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and saute well

Now add water and simmer adding the dhokas

Add sugar garam masala and ghee,serve it with rice
