Boil Spinach for 1-2 mins and strain it Rinse with cold water. Make a paste of boiled spinach, coriander leaves and green chillies.

Heat a wok with butter and add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion and garlic. Shallow fry untill it become soft. Add tomato, ginger paste, salt and cook for 5 mins. Add cumin and garam masala powder and saute till the raw aroma disappear.

Add spinach paste, curd, sugar and cook for another 10-15 mins.

Palak paneer is ready to be served.
