Ingredients

  • 5large potatoes
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1onion
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbsppaprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Rosemary spring

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your potatoes in salty water...add rosemary spring till almost done...it should not be too soft

  2. 2

    Once ready, set aside and drain the water

    In a different pan, saute your onions in butter, add paprika and pepper..add your potatoes and toss them for a few minutes
