Set the local set for roasting ready by making sure the charcoal has burnt very well no smoke.peel plantain and place on it with sliced yam keep turning at intervals untill both is well roasted.

Blend the pepper and tomatoes.heat up palmoil and fry the paste in it.add salt.fry very well.
