Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 boxPenne Pasta
  2. 2 tinstuna
  3. Broccoli (as much as you like)
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1/2bell pepper
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 1/2onion
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. to tasteground pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook pasta for approximately 8-10 mins or to your liking (not too soft)

  2. 2

    Prepare veggies :dice tomatoes, Onion, garlic, bell peppers. Steam Broccoli.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to the already preheated pan and throw in diced onions, garlic and ground pepper.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring till golden brown then add pasta.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and broccoli and keep turning giving everything enough time to mix flavors

  6. 6

    Add oil and ground pepper as needed

  7. 7

    Finally add tuna a mix in well.
    (Cheese may be added at any time)
