Grilled Kofta with Pomegranate Molasses

Combine all the ingredients except the onion juice in a bowl and mix well until everything is fully combined.

Shape the kofta onto skewers or form into logs by hand. Prepare a bowl with onion juice, wet your hands with it, and shape the kofta. Remove from the skewer if needed. You can grill the kofta on skewers or without, as you prefer.

Once all the kofta is shaped, arrange them on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil.

Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes. Turn the kofta to the other side so it cooks and browns evenly.
