  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • salt
  • oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and wash them. cut them into chips.

    Heat the oil. while hot add a portion of the chips and cook until nicely cooked and crispy.

    Sprinkle with salt and serve hot. can be served alone with tomato sauce.. or with beef stew
