Ingredients

  • 1whole boiled sweet corn kernels
  • 1 bowlMilk
  • 3 tbspnSugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • As neededGarted Cheese
  • 1 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take butter in a pan add boiled sweet corn kernels.saute for 2-3 mins.

  2. 2

    Take milk in a bowl add cornflour,salt sugar. Add to pan and mix well

  3. 3

    Add cheese, black pepper powder and stir. Sauce will thicken.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a microwave cooking bowl and garnish with lots of cheese and bake/ grill for 3-4 mins or till cheese turn golden brown.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
