Wipe the sausages dry using kitchen paper.

Pour the oil in a pan and arrange the sausages while the oil still cold or when warm, note that the oil should not be very hot to avoid burning the sausages while inside still remains raw, the heat should be moderate,

Turn after every min to make sure they cook evenly and of same colour.

When golden brown, place on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil, enjoy.
