A good friend shared this recipe and it has been my go-to recipe everytime I need my spring roll craving fixed.

Ingredients

1medium onion
3 clovesgarlic
250 gmChicken breast (finely diced)
2medium carrots (shredded)
200 gmbeansprouts
1/2 packetmung bean vermicelli (soaked in warm water)
to tasteSalt and pepper
1 packspring roll sheets

Steps

Sauteé onion and garlic until wilted. Add chicken breast and brown them for 2-4 minutes.

Add shredded carrots and beansprouts. Fry for another 6-8 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add in vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool before rolling the spring rolls.
