Ingredients

  1. 1 kgcarrot grated
  2. 1/2 ltrmilk
  3. as required salt
  4. 250 gramskhoya
  5. 1 tspcardamon powder
  6. For garnishing dry fruits
  7. 100 gramsdesi ghee(clarified butter)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai add carrots and milk and boil let the moisture evaporates.

  2. 2

    Then add sugar and khoya and keep stirring until the halwa gets dried.

  3. 3

    Lastly add ghee and cardamom powder keep the flame low and allow it to cook properly.

  4. 4

    Serve with dry fruits of your choice.
