Ewedu and amala
My yoruba favorite meal.

Pick ewedu leaves,wash well.put little water on fire allow to heat up add potash and ewedu leaf cook till is soft.

Blend put anoda water on the heat dadawa,pepper,crayfish and salt allow to boil then pour in the blended ewedu in it.cook for 3mins and off the heat.boil water and pour in the amala flour bring down from the heat stir very well place back on the heat this time lower d heat for 5minutes boil onion with salt,royco cubes and onion boil till is soft add to the ewedu
