  2. 1 canchickpeas
  3. 1 cupdiced tomatoes
  4. 3/4 cupyellow pepper
  5. 1/2 cup olive oil
  6. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

    Dressing
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    Salt to taste

  2. 2

    Mix everything in a bowl and put in dressing and refrigerator for minutes before serving
