1 canchickpeas
1 cupdiced tomatoes
3/4 cupyellow pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar

Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste

Mix everything in a bowl and put in dressing and refrigerator for minutes before serving
