First boil the water then add salt and add the noodles boil for 2 minutes then drain off and dip the noodles in cold water.

Put the pan on gas then add the oil and garlic fry it then add sliced onion and fry again.

Add the Carrot, cabbage,Beans, capsicum, fry it. Then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar finally add the noodles, pepper, salt, sugar, fry it then serve it.
