First roast sesame seeds in hot pan at very low flame for one or two minutes without oil or water

Now in same hot pan separate the sesame seeds and put water to boil

Now add small pieces of gurr or jaggery and let it melt
- 4
Now add desi ghee
- 5
Let have one boil and make a thick liquid
- 6
Add roasted sesame seeds

Greece one tray with desi ghee and put mixture on it
- 8
Let it little bit cool and make very little balls and press gently.keep remember mixture should not very cold otherwise it will very hard to make revariyan
