Steps

Dry roast till for 1-2min and grind them in fine powder

Now in a kdhai add ghee and besan and cook it till the besan turn golden then add mawa in it and cook for 1-2min

Now add sugar eliachi powder and till in it and mix it

Transfer it in a greased plate and garnish with almond shavings
- 5
Let it cool for 1-2hours then cut in desired shape
