Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/2 litre Full Fat Milk
  2. 5-6Chikoo / Sapota
  3. 2 tspSugar Optional
  4. to tasteAlmond and raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel chikoo and puree the fruit in a blender.

  2. 2

    Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat full fat milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.

  4. 4

    Once the milk comes to a boil, simmer the heat and cook the milk until it is reduced to almost half.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
    Remove the milk from heat and cool.

  6. 6

    Once the milk is cooled, add chikoo puree and mix well.Add chopped dry fruits and raisins.Keep for chilling..

  7. 7

    Transfer into the serving bowl.Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
