Steps

Boil a milk in pan and keep aside for cool

Now heat the oil or ghee in pan and roast the sevaiya in it
- 3
When it turns little brown then add water and sugar and cook it while absorb water
- 4
Add this cooked sevaiya in milk and again boil it
- 5
Now add cardamom, pistachio and almonds in it
- 6
Check the sugar (if needed then add it)
- 7
Serve hot or cool with Puri or as a dessert in dinner..
