Ingredients

  1. 1 litrebuttermilk
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tsp eachfenmugreek seeds,cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  7. few curry patta
  8. 2dry red chillies
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 2onion
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. For pakoras
  13. 2 cup besan
  14. to taste salt
  15. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  16. 1 cup spinach -leaves
  17. oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the batter of buttermilk and besan adding salt and turmeric powder.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and Put cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds.

  3. 3

    When splutter add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    When cook add red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Poor the batter if it's thick add water.

  6. 6

    After/boil simmer it and cook 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    For pakoras

  8. 8

    Make thick batter of besan adding salt and carrom seeds.

  9. 9

    Add chopped spinach leaves.

  10. 10

    Make small pakoras and fry it.

  11. 11

    Put in curry serve it.
