Tumeric & Blended Cucumber Rice

Cut the big Cucumber into two halves, blend one half with the fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper, crayfish & the two big onion bulbs, then chop the remaining half of the Cucumber & set aside. Pound the fresh ginger & ehuru together & also set aside.

After you've parboiled the rice, you then put a dry pot on the stove/gas, pour g.oil..when it's hot, chop the 1/2 onion and pour into the hot oil, then add the blended Cucumber & the rest ingredients. Add the tumeric powder, pounded fresh ginger & local nutmeg (ehuru)......)

Add meat...add, the curry leaves & seasonings (maggi & other seasonings as you desire

Allow to cook for 15mins, add the chopped Cucumber, cover to steam for about another 5mins...then its done..
