Ingredients

250 grambaby potaoes
2 tspsalt
half cup parsley
half cup mint
olive oil
1 clovegarlic

Steps

Wash baby potatoes cut half. Boil em until just tender. Test with knife if can go through easy its done.

Put cold water on potatoes. Then put some oil on the pan. Then roast em high heat about 5to 10 minuted dont flip until its roasted. Then flip em part u want to be roasted.

Cut parsley garlic n mint chop em all up mix em together. Add some olive oil continue mixing...

Add potatoes olive oil salt n herbs mixe em together... DONE!!!
