Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1chicken breast cut into cubes
  2. Pinchsalt
  3. Pinchground Black pepper
  4. 1 tspParika
  5. 1small Lettuce
  6. 1Large Tomato
  7. 1Large Carrot
  8. Juice of half Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Saut'e the chicken cubes with drops of Olive oil...add the spices and cook on very low heat.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, shred the Lettuce, slice the Tomato, strip the carrot and sprinkle some lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Add in the cooked chicken cubes on the salad bowl and toss.
