Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1chicken breast cut into cubes
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchground Black pepper
  • 1 tspParika
  • 1small Lettuce
  • 1Large Tomato
  • 1Large Carrot
  • Juice of half Lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Saut'e the chicken cubes with drops of Olive oil...add the spices and cook on very low heat.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, shred the Lettuce, slice the Tomato, strip the carrot and sprinkle some lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Add in the cooked chicken cubes on the salad bowl and toss.
