Salt, chat masala as you like
1lemon

Firstly spread little oil on sweet potato

Now heat tava spread,half spoon oil now put sweet potato. On it low the flame and cover it with a pan now roast it in Tava for 10 minutes if it becomes soft off the flame cover it for 5 minutes more

Now take a dish peel sweet potato cut in small sizes spread lemon juice and salt and chat masala as u like
