Wash rice n cook until soft, then use spatula to turn n tie in a leather.

For d soup:- boil meat with seasoning until soft.

In an empty pot, add d palm oil n onion. Add d grinded tomatoes n fry.

Add d washed n drained vegetables n all to cook for a minute.
