Ingredients

30 minutes including prep

3 large

1cauliflower broken into small florets (include some leaves and stalks they are super delicious)
1 teaspooncumin
1 teaspoonchilli flakes
1 teaspoonBoullion
Halfa jar of passata
2large carrots chopped small
2onions
2 clovesgarlic
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespooncurry powder
to tasteseason

Steps

30 minutes including prep

Heat the oil and fry off the onion and garlic til soft.

Add all the dry spices and cook for a few more minutes.

Add the vegetables, passata and boullion.

Bring to the boil and simmer for a further 20 minutes.

While this is cooking make a large pan of fluffy Basmati rice.
