Grated cheddar
Grated mozarella
Parmesan optional
Bachamel sauce
Chicken fillets cooked in a sauce
Spinach optional
Salt

Bechamel sauce-heat blueband add 2spns flour then add 2cups milk let it boil add cheese optional then salt en blackpepper.
