Ingredients

  • As many sweet peppers as you want
  • Stale bread to make breadcrumbs
  • Clovegarlic
  • Olive oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a chopper, whizz up bread and garlic until you have fine breadcrumbs. Wash and slice peppers. Put on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil

    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and a little salt. Roast at 180 until nice and crispy
