Ingredients

  1. Coconut
  2. Sugar syrup
  3. Flavour (optional)
  4. Little oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a sugar syrup with a little amount of water and coconut flavour,allow it to boil for about 10mins

  2. 2

    Grate the coconut using a hand grater and pour in the syrup,add a little oil and stir until the little water is sucked up

  3. 3

    Continue string on low heat until it turns golden brown.
