Steps

Heat a wok and add mustard oil. Add chopped onion and shallow fry till it translucent. Add french bean, beet root pieces and green chilli. Add salt and turmeric powder and cook on low heat with cover.

Check the french bean soft or not if it is soft then add sugar and poppy paste and cook for another 5 min.

Bean fry is ready to be served.
