  2. Plenty of water
  3. Salt
  4. Oil for deep frying

    Wash the fish with plenty of water to ensure it free from any in edibles.

    Dry slightly and salt

  3. 3

    Deep fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Drain

  5. 5

    Serve with hot ugali and kachumbari

  6. 6

    You can also have it as a snack.
