Wash.peel and grate the carrots.

Now in one whistle.heat ghee.add the grated carrots and milk.

Let it cook till all milk evaporates.now add the khoya.mix well.

Add the sugar.sugar will also melt.let it be dry.

Now when the gajar is completely dry.there is no water.you can add the dry fruits.mix well.

Garnish with the dry fruits.serve hot.
