Ingredients

  1. 1/2broccoli
  2. 2carrots
  3. 1/4 cuppeas
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 4-5 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. To tastesalt and sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch the broccoli florets

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onion and garlic saute well

  4. 4

    Add vegetables and saute well

  5. 5

    Cover it till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add tomato and salt and mix well

  7. 7

    Add sugar and mix well and switch off
