Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 6 piecesfish
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1/2 cupliquid milk
  4. 1egg
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Turmeric
  8. 2 cupsvegetable oil
  9. 1medium size cabbage
  10. 4carrots
  11. 1onion
  12. Curry powder and thyme
  13. 1 table spoonwhite vinegar

    Remove the gills and external pins, wash the fish with vinegar and rinse with plain water and allow it to drain in a colander, break the egg in a bowl and add the milk into the bowl, add black pepper, turmeric, pinch of salt and whisk the mixture and keep it aside. Put the flour in a tray and add black pepper, 1 seasoning cube, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and turmeric power and mix it. Now take the fish and coat it in the flour, put the coated fish into the mixture of egg and milk bring it out and put

    It into the flour and coat it again till you are done with all the fish and fry it, turn it till it is done, put it in a colander to cool down. Cut the cabbage, carrots and onion and stir fry. Add 3 seasoning cubes salt, curry powder and thyme. Cup the plantain to the desired size and fry it till golden brown.
