kinnow kheer is made with kinnow not with rice it's a unique kheer.A great sweet dessert.
Steps

Wash and cut the kinnow from the centre in 2 parts.Remove the seeds.

Peel the outer layer and remove threads from each segment.

Take the zest of the kinnow peel with the help of grater.

Heat milk in a pan.after a boil, slow down the flame and cook till milk reduces to half of it's original amount.Stir occasionally.

Now add sugar and kinnow zest,keep stirring and let the flavours infuse.

Switch off the flame and with the help of stainer, take off the zest. keep the milk aside for 10 minutes to cool down.

Take out the pulp from half the kinnow.

When the milk cools down,add the kinnu segments and pulp.Mix the kheer very well.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits of your choice (l didn't add as my kids doesn't like).Serve cold.
