Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgpatato peeled and cut into strips
  2. 1/2 tbsred chilli powder
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspchat masala
  5. 1 pinchred colour
  6. 2-3 tbscorn flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water in a deep pan and put raw in patato in it and boil it for 4-5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now take a towel all patatoes are dry then in 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl add cornflour and maida mix it add to patatoes.
