1/2 kgpatato peeled and cut into strips
1/2 tbsred chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspchat masala
1 pinchred colour
2-3 tbscorn flour

Put water in a deep pan and put raw in patato in it and boil it for 4-5 minutes.

Now take a towel all patatoes are dry then in 1 hour.

Take a bowl add cornflour and maida mix it add to patatoes.
