  • 2eggs
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Lard

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a jug

  2. 2

    Add the milk & flour

  3. 3

    Mix to form a batter (not too thin & not too thick)

  4. 4

    Add small piece of lard to a pan & melt

  5. 5

    Add a good spoonful of batter, cook & toss until ready
