Ingredients

1 cupgram flour
1 cupplain flour
1 cupchopped methi leaves
1 tspcumin seed powder roasted
1/2 tspchat masala powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
As neededoil

Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour besan salt,methi leaves,oil and all the powder masalas as well as salt
2

Rest it for 30 minutes

Now roll theplas of it
4

Grease a tawa and fry the theplas and serve
