Steps

Wash assorted meat and boil with diced onions, pepper, salt and cubes till quite soft and set aside

Put palm oil in ur Cooking pot a d allow to get hot, add a little diced onions, stir and add ur blended paste. Allow to fry properly till done and then add ur meat stock, add salt and cubes and stir at intervals so it doesn't burn till it's done and the oil settles on top the paste. Serve and enjoy with rice, boiled or roasted yam or plantain 😁😁
