Firstly prepare dough with flour and water.

Then take a bowl and add mashed potatoes and chopped onion and salt,red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander leaves and prepare mixture.

Then take a dough ball and make roti and stuff mixture on it and again make stuff roti.

Then take tawa and make paranta by roasting on medium flame with ghee.
