  1. 500 gchicken breast
  2. 2-3sweet peppers
  3. Red onion
  4. to tasteDried chilli flakes
  5. to tasteSweet paprika
  6. to tasteSpicy paprika
  7. Spoonfultomato passata
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop veg and fry in oil. Add spices and passata, stir well and cook for a few mins

    Add chopped chicken. Cook for a further 15 or so until cooked :)
