Steps

Roast the papad, and keep aside.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, black cardamom, coriander seeds, dry chilli, and asafetida..

Add tomato puree, and mix well.

Add all spices. Add water and stir it. Now cook it at medium flame for 5 mins.

Now add curd slowly(if curd will add fast, it will splatter). Then let it boil.

Add salt, and cook for 7-8 mins.

Now add broken papad, and cook for 2-3 mins. Add chopped coriander.
