Megline,I have seen people cook kangumu mandazis without all the ingredients you mentions for commercial purposes. What of if I avoid most of them but constrates on the basic.e.g. Flour, cooking oils,Salts, and sugar. When kneading o r mixing the entire thing.Do I need to mix also with cooking oils.Which one is more appropriate;Cooking oils like salad or cooking fats for the kangumus.Or do I need to avoid mixing with cooking fats or cooking oil?.Currently I bake doughnuts without adding any oils or fats and its good.
