  2. Tomatoes

  4. Cook oil

    Since the fish is already fried. Just fry onions, add tomatoes and hoho mix together

    Add some soup then salt. Add the fish

    Cover to steam for 10mins then serve

Megline,I have seen people cook kangumu mandazis without all the ingredients you mentions for commercial purposes.What of if I avoid most of them but constrates on the basic.e.g. Flour,cooking oils,Salts,and sugar.When kneading o r mixing the entire thing.Do I need to mix also with cooking oils.Which one is more appropriate;Cooking oils like salad or cooking fats for the kangumus.Or do I need to avoid mixing with cooking fats or cooking oil?.Currently I bake doughnuts without adding any oils or fats and its good.
