  • Salt nd sugar
  • 1stickTamarind
  • Ajino moto optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Plunge and wash your moringa leaves

  2. 2

    Put water to boil and add the leaves

  3. 3

    Add salt nd sugar to taste

  4. 4

    A tamarind to give a good flavour nd taste

  5. 5

    Allow to cook well

  6. 6

    Add your seasoning as the water remains small

  7. 7

    When cooked it will be in layers

  8. 8

    Enjoy with rice or mix with roasted ground nut paste
