Ingredients

  • 500 gramspamphlet fish
  • 2 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1 tablespoondhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 5 tablespoonthick tamarind juice
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with fish and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    Heat tawa apply oil place fish. Cover lid cook for 2 minutes. Remove lid and flip fish and cook.
