Very tasty, yummy, healthy and traditional, North Indian dessert recipe.
Steps

First chopped the nuts and makhane in small pieces and keep aside

Now take bajra and wheat flour in a mixing bowl and mix well

Now add gradually lukewarm water in this

Now start to knead a semi soft dough, add water as needed
- 5
When dough done cover it and left for 2 to 3 minutes to set

After 3 minutes sprinkle some dry flour the top, transfer the dough on table and again knead dough with palm

Now divide the dough in 4 equal size balls and keep in bowl
- 8
Now take one ball of dough, rub some water over it and on palm and make slightly thick chapati with using some water

Transfer this chapati over heated tawa and rub some water over it

When one side slightly done flip it again and again till the chapati completely cook from both once done grease some desi ghee over it and keep aside

Make all chapati like this

Once all chapati done, now crushed the chapati in small pieces

Now transfer this small chapati pieces in chopper and make coarsely crushed choora of this and transfer in a few plate

Crushed jaggery add 1 tbsp ghee and mashed it to till all mix well

Now heat some ghee and dry roast the chopped makhane, cashew, almond

When it's slightly crisp add grated coconut and raisins and roast with it

When done transfer it

Now again heat some ghee add green cardamom seeds and jaggery and ghee mix in and stir on low flame

When jaggery start to melt add crushed choora of chapati and mix well on low flame

Now add dry roast makhane and nuts in this and stir

Finally add green cardamom powder and mix it in

Now Malida is ready to serve, transfer in serving bowl if need add more raisins over the top and serve hot for more taste
